Best advice for an incoming student:
Be uncomfortable, but in a good way. Join a club you wouldn’t normally, or if you’re introverted, try starting a conversation with a random person. But, most of all, try to be curious. Look for the ‘why’s’ and ‘how’s’ of a situation. Challenge the status quo by introducing a new idea or asking these questions. Tech is meant to challenge you and as Tech students, you were chosen by your ability to challenge yourself and by being curious individuals. As Yellow Jackets, we go past the norm and try to achieve bigger and better things. Don't shy away from the challenge of Georgia Tech. Embrace the challenge, because the Tech family will be there to support you.

Why should you come to Wreck Camp?:
Wreck Camp is a great introduction to life at Tech! When I was a camper, I knew no one coming to Tech and I had no idea what Tech was all about. Going through Wreck Camp helped me feel more comfortable about the idea of moving 500 miles away from home. Wreck Camp opened up conversations I never knew were discussed and helped me make lasting and true friendships. Plus, it was so much FUN! Wreck Camp is a fantastic way to meet your new classmates, learn about Tech, and have the best three days of your life! #WCHY
