Take time for yourself! Find some time every day to do something that you love. It'll help with not only your mental help, but will also help you learn how to time manage early on during your time here at Tech. Setting aside 30 minutes every day to read a book, watch Archer, or knit, or whatever it is that you love will help you stay happy and healthy. If you're overly stressed one day or for multiple days then doing that one thing can help keep you grounded and ensure that you continue to do well.
