Transfer FASET Orientation

Congratulations on your decision to join our campus community. Georgia Tech is a nationally ranked, academically challenging, and socially diverse Institute where numerous possibilities await you. This is an especially exciting time to be at Georgia Tech, as the face of the campus is steadily evolving. In addition to having access to first-class facilities, you will be able to advance your leadership skills, social foundations, and academic expertise by taking advantage of the hundreds of opportunities to get involved on campus.

We are looking forward to seeing you at Transfer FASET Orientation. FASET is an acronym for "Familiarization and Adaptation to the Surroundings and Environs of Tech," a program that has been a Tech tradition since 1972.

Transfer FASET is designed to prepare new transfer students- as well as their families and guests- for the Georgia Tech experience. You will meet current students, faculty, and administrators; register for fall classes; and become better acquainted with the campus, and learn about Tech's rich history, deep traditions, and phenomenal spirit.
